The organizing Committee of Annual International Conference on investment attraction to automotive component industry “AutoInvest®” welcomes you and is pleased to announce a new opportunity to meet with your Russian and foreign colleagues – delegates of “AutoInvest®” Conference, and also to get acquainted with the new members of the global automotive market within the framework of the international project Conference “AutoInvest®Germany2012” (Germany).

We invite you to take part in business mission to Germany as part of the official Russian delegation and as part of second conference on investment attraction to automotive component industry “AutoInvest®Germany2012”.

Date of the official visit to Germany: 11 - 15 June, 2012.
Cities to visit: Munich, Stuttgart.

The purpose of the meeting: development of German-Russian cooperation in the field of automotive industry, informing interested German business and financial circles about the peculiarities of doing business in regions of Russia, assistance to Russian and foreign automanufacturing enterprises in the launch of joint ventures and projects for production of automotive components, the promotion of automanufacturing enterprises of the Russian Federation in the arrival of new international players in the market of local automotive components industries, organization of intercluster interaction, promotion of Russian auto manufacturing complexes at the international the automotive market.

Agenda contains conferences, dedicated to the development of cooperation in the sphere of freight transport (in Munich) and passenger transport (Stuttgart), presentation of investment potential of regions of Russia, review of industrial parks and sites of the Russian Federation, seminars on practice of doing business in Russia, and recommendations for the choice of partners and contractors. Apart from business meetings, participants of the delegation will visit the production site of the German auto assembly companies and the largest European exhibition of automotive components and parts suppliers - "Global automotive components and suppliers" (June 13, 2012, Stuttgart, Germany).

Within the Russian delegation - heads of auto manufacturing and construction enterprises, official representatives of the administrations of St. Petersburg, Leningrad oblast, Vologda, Kaluga, Ulyanovsk, Yaroslavl, Pskov, Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Chelyabinsk, Tatarstan, chiefs of National Association of Automotive Component Manufacturers (NAPAK) and practicing experts in the field of consulting, taxation and customs of the Russian Federation, representatives of industrial parks.

“AutoInvest®Germany2012” is approved by the Department for automotive industry and agricultural machine building of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, is organized by North-West Development and Investment Promotion Agency and the National Association of Automotive Component Manufacturers (NAPAK), with the auspice of Committee of Eastern German economy, the Government of Baden-Wurttemberg, Association of Russian automakers (OAR), Association "North-West", Beiten Burkhardt, Ernst & Young and other partners of “AutoInvest®”.

For the convenience of delegates format of the event provides two forms of participation: participation in real time and distance participation.

A package of participation in real time provides personal participation in all events of the visit to Germany as part of the official Russian delegation, a presentation of your company in the course of a business program in Munich and Stuttgart.

If you wish to establish business contacts with German partners, but you have no time to travel, competence and possibilities of your company can be professionally presented by plenipotentiary representative of NAPAK in North-West Federal district, the head of the series of projects “AutoInvest®” - Maya Sviridova. According to the results of holding of the correspondence of the presentation in Munich and Stuttgart a report, containing contacts of German participants and information about German partners, interested in cooperation, will be provided.
