Dear participants of the conference!

Concept of the Russian automotive industry development, enacted by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2002, envisaged an outrunning growth of automotive component industry as one of the important conditions of competitive escalation of domestic automotive engineering. Steady growth of automobile market and as a result creation of industrial assembly enterprises by the leading world producers proves once again that only up-to-date component base will guarantee steady progression of the national automotive industry, especially in the climate of competitive activity of Russia’s joining World Trade Association.

I hope that new proposals on creation favorable investment climate for innovative development of automotive component manufacture will appear in Russia due to the conference.
