Excursion program |
Dear Colleagues!
On behalf of the Organizing committee of «AutoInvest®» and conference participants let us invite you to take part in the VI International Conference on Investment Attraction to Automotive Component Industry «AutoInvest® 2012»!
Please note that the intense excursion program of the Conference will be available (for the convenience of participants) in a separate excursion day - February 15, 2012.
Excursion program for assembly plants LLC «TOYOTA MOTOR MANUFACTURING RUSSIA»; «Scania-Peter»; «General Motors»; «Hyudai Motor Manufacturing Rus» and «Nissan Manufacturing RUS» includes business meetings of automotive components suppliers - delegates of «AutoInvest® 2012» with top-managers and leading specialists of purchasing departments of plants, as well as the tour to the production site.
For facilitating of establishing future business contacts for each excursion group there will be printed a special Catalogue. This Catalogue will contain such information as the name of the enterprise, contacts and brief information about the production.
The number of delegates - participants of the excursion is limited - 4 delegations, 20 participants in each delegation.
Information for registered participants:
Group №1 and №2, beginning the tour with visits to production sites located in the industrial zone "Kamenka", will depart from the hotel Holiday Inn Moskovskiye Vorota at 7:40, February 15.
Group №3 and №4, beginning the tour with visits to production sites located in the industrial zone "Shushary", will depart from the hotel Holiday Inn Moskovskiye Vorota at 8:20, February 15.
Please note that participation in the excursion program is available only for registered participants. Boarding the buses is carried out strictly in accordance with the previously confirmed lists. To enter the territory of assembly plants you should have a passport with you.
